Outside, the cacti stand as tall as the roof. Bougainvilleas cover the backyard, wrapping the house in bright fuchsia. The house has been renovated by L.A.-based interior designer Tammy Price of Fragments IdentityAbigail describes her style as “clean, eclectic Santa Fe-Moroccan surf vibes.” Tammy used shandong benches, textured pillows, a neutral, clean palette  and artisanal rugs. The home perfectly blends Abigail’s relaxed style and Fragments Identity’s casual elegance.

The Range, the Spanish-inspired finca, has been designed by Emma and Tom Lane, who live on the property. Set on on 120 acres, this dreamy family home was designed and built using adaptive reuse principles, with an emphasis on natural and recycled materials mixing Spanish influences and all the Australian "cool and design" lifestyle. For the design, Emma and Tom drew from a natural palette of colours, like the linen soft furnishings inspired by the old basalt rock walls and fireplace in hues of warm greys, earthy rusts and muted yellows. The Spanish influence on The Range is perhaps nowhere as obvious as in the softly-pinked textured rendered walls, arches and picture windows of the exterior. The magnesium mineral pool and spa takes full advantage of the picture-perfect view of the valley below.

MHNA studio has preserved all the rural appeal in this house surrounded by a beautiful Mediterranean garden and glamorously decorated interiors.
Thick stone walls, blue-white wooden windows, tile roofs, surrounded by a delightful Mediterranean garden that invites dolce far niente in the shade of the trees. Inside, the interior design team of Studio MHNA composed spaces with a strong personality and a lot of comfort, designed to be enjoyed with family and friends. The decoration moves away from the obviousness of the rustic, from the abuse of natural wood or fibers ... The daring choice was to dress the ground floor in black and white, a sophisticated duo that evokes an urban atmosphere, even more combined with touches of gold and a very interesting collection of works of art from very different eras. It is precisely this mixture that gives strength to the environments and fills them with surprise.

Athens based architectural studio R.C.TECH renovated an apartment, located on the ground floor of a typical Haussmannian residential building in Neuilly-sur-Seine in Paris that dates back to mid-19th century. The clients, a family of five, sought a renovation that would add modern features while respecting the building’s vernacular and omnipresent heritage. The overall colour scheme revolves around light tones on the walls, interrupted by intense colour spots either from the furniture or the art pieces.

Athens-based architecture practice K-Studio were commissioned to design a holiday home for a young couple in Mykonos, Greece. They embraced the opportunity by building a house where “form follows emotion rather than function”. Inspired by the humble complexity of the Cycladic vernacular, the house unfolds around an outdoors living area that can be used throughout the day in the true spirit of laid-back summer living. At the same time, the use of traditional materials such as lime-wash, stone and wood in combination with an aesthetic of Scandinavian minimalism evokes the island’s heritage through a modern lens.
